Only less then half-a-mile walk down to the closest beach establishment, Villa Marinta is perfect for those who want to experience the beach life on the Coast. The villa is provided with an elevator for those with moderate mobility issues, although there are quite a lot of steps to reach the several social outdoor spaces spread on the estate such as the swimming pool, the dining area near the wood burning oven, or to/from the beach.
